When you register your interest in FourGuests, we currently ask for your name, company name, work email address and the approximate number of properties you manage.

We may also receive information that you choose to provide when you contact us directly.

We use this information to:

• respond to enquiries;
• manage registrations of interest in FourGuests;
• contact people who have registered their interest with relevant updates about FourGuests; and
• understand the types of businesses interested in the service as we develop it.

Where you register your interest or contact us about FourGuests, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, developing our service and communicating with prospective business customers.

We only use personal information where we consider that use proportionate and where your interests and rights do not override those interests.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate our website and process information on our behalf. These currently include Formspree for processing registration-of-interest form submissions and Vercel for hosting our website.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards and transfer mechanisms applicable to those providers.

We keep registration-of-interest and enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice. We periodically review the information we hold and delete information that is no longer required.
